I scream, you scream…
“It’s fun to make a snack! It’s fun to make a snack! It’s fun to make a snack. . . and THIS is how you do it!”
– Plex (Yo GabbaGabba)
For the perfect summertime snack all you need are some cookies, vanilla ice-cream, chocolate chips, and a kid!

Little Miss T makes it seem sooooo easy and delicious! Maybe she’ll make one for me?

Pretty gooooood! I’ve tasted that before… T needs to make one for me next time. It looks like she’s neater about it than I’d be – even though she’s 3… =0

I’m partial to ice cream… in any form.
And we do this with the pizzelli (sp?) that nonna makes.

YUMMMMMMMMMY!!!!!!! Sweet baked goods and icecream is Uncle Gabey’s favorite! Just yesterday I put a slice of zucchini bread in the microwave for 20 seconds then dumped ice cream on top and it’s LOVELY.

How cute–and what a great idea!
Thank you for your comments at Hill Country Mysteries. Losing Harry knocked me topsy turvy for a while but I saw your comments and appreciated your kindness.
