your post processing skills are getting really really good… the reflective surface forces you to “step up your game” and i’m proud of you for being able to “bring it” so well… also, cute kids, blah blah blah…
YAY HUSBY’S COMMENT LOVE!!! *brims* I know that you know how much I hate those phrases, but your pride makes me feel SUPER proud of myself, so I’ll let you slide – this time.
Anyway, sukkah, my straight out of the camera images are getting better, too – it ain’t all post processing! On the whole, since T was born, I’ve gotten 1,000x better with child portraiture (in my not-so humble opinion, lol) Still have a loooong way to go before I’ll feel like I have any idea what I’m doing, but. . . with such adorable models, the practice is so much fun! I’m loving the reflective surface, too, though I do wish the plexi wasn’t so scratched, but. . . it’s a freecycle tabletop! What can you expect!?? You DO have to cut the edges straight for me – PULEEZE?!!
Thanks! I’m a total sucker for matching. The reflection is actually plexi glass. . . just something new I’m trying. I like it, too – but it is a bit difficult to deal with. . .
I wish! Not this year (or last, actually). I’m looking forward to making my own again, but these came from Old Navy. . .
Ro is ridiculously big, she’s not *quite* crawling yet, but she sure is close. It’s only a matter of it clicking, I think. . . any day now. And yeah, some days I feel like it was last week. Other days, I feel as if she should be 30 by now!!!
Cutest bee and butterfly I’ve seen in a long time! Hope you all enjoyed the holiday and didn’t eat too much candy. I, unfortunately, went a little overboard! LOL!
I absolutely LOVE those girls! I wanna squeeze them. 😀 Maybe someday I’ll get to. Sigh. Great job with the photos, I love the flower garden, and the little bee and butterfly make it perfect!

Those really are cute. I love the “coupled” costumes.
So is the reflection the photo surface or part of the editing process? It’s really cool.

Did you make those costumes? AWESOME!!! And the kids are adorable. You could have a business doing this…as if you don’t have enough already.
Ro has gotten so big, she’s sitting and crawling? Hard to believe. Wasn’t she just born last week?
